anyone tried a Boy stoy on a devinci Wilson? Have the opportunity to pick one up at a good price and just curious if anyone out the has tried one on it?
I'd avoid it. I haven't tried one on a Wilson but have tried them on other low leverage frames (I actually still own mine, now heavily modified) and they tend to have issues with spiking, and also cavitation due to the compression side of the main piston being valved and ported more firmly than ideal in comparison to the compression valving in the neck.
The chassis has very low friction so they are very sensitive, but apart from that I think other shocks on the market are better.
